Purchase of the Business of Electronic Assessments of the WCG Clinical Results (ECOA) will expand Clario’s scientific expertise and neuroscience offers
Philadelphia, March 10, 2025 / Prnewswire/ – Clario, a leading provider of Endpoint data solutions for clinical trial industry, today announced that they have entered a final agreement to obtain the WCG ECOA business, a leader in providing solutions that improve and accelerate clinical research.
Electronic evaluations of clinical results (ECOA), in addition to paper estimates, are used to evaluate the safety and efficiency of new medicines by measuring how a clinical judgment participant is felt or functioned. WCG ECOA operations provide powerful clinical expertise, with full service and specialized functionality, especially in neurology, psychiatry, neuropathic pain and rare diseases.

Customers of both companies cannot expect immediate changes to existing contracts or relationships.
